Inspect the roof membrane to identify problems such as ponding water or loose seams. Correct and repair defects as required

Prime the clean existing membrane with Tack Coat bonding primer

Reinforce the membrane seams with Spunflex nylon fabric imbedded in Rapid Roof lll or Equinox base coating

Seal the entire roof with Rapid Roof lll or Equinox white reflective top coating

Non-pro-rated warranty upon project completion
